1. Services

VPOS provides POS software and related reporting and business management features. Services may be offered under a one-time license, subscription, or written agreement.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain confidentiality of credentials and account access
• Use the platform lawfully and responsibly
• Not attempt unauthorized access, tamper with the system, or reverse engineer software

3. Communications (Email & WhatsApp)

You authorize VPOS to send service-related communications and reports to the email and mobile number you provide. WhatsApp delivery may be executed via WhatsApp Business API providers.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices shown on the website or provided in a quotation are subject to change. Where a written contract exists, contract terms prevail. Taxes and statutory charges may apply where required.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, software, branding, logos, and documentation are owned by VPOS or licensed to VPOS. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Availability

Services are provided “as available”. Maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control may cause interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from use of the website or services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in unlawful activity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
